Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is
confirmed. You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as
your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMES
United Kingdom            7–15 business days
Europe                    10–20 business days
United States & Canada    10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand   12–25 business days
Rest of world             15–30 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery can vary with customs processing,
local postal services and events outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING
You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow
2–5 days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch. Any questions,
email help@steppx.com with your order number.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
Items in one order may ship separately and arrive at different times.
This is normal and gets available items to you sooner.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply
depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the
buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Check with
your local customs office if you are unsure.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 35 days of dispatch, email
help@steppx.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either
resend your order or refund you in full.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please check your shipping address before you order. We are not
responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the
customer. If a package returns to us because of a wrong address,
re-shipping costs may apply.
